While it's yet to gain steam amongst Shopify users, its promises surely sound attractive and compelling. EasyChannel lets you streamline your customer services, review orders, ship promptly and keep an eagle-eyed track on your inventory β€” all from one cosy nest. It boasts an impressive suite of features, including a beautifully designed help desk with team inboxes, template creation, autoresponders and even playful entertaining emojis. Not to forget the promising order management tool that lets you have control over your orders like a hawk (or an owl, heh). Starting from $29/month with a 10-day free trial, this app leans on the pricey side, but it does bring a multitude of functionalities to justify the cost. However, it currently stands on a precarious branch with only one review and an average rating of 1.
